Many leaders feel they know best. That might be, but sometimes they also need new perspectives, new energy, new confirmation, new directions, new truths, etc. The company might develop well, but it could do even better! Or, it might really need to do something vastly differently. Some might even argue that new people are necessary. For a starter, we would go for an active coaching, meaning allowing yourself to be inspired by, re-directed to, discussion on major wave points with, a new go at targets long foregone together with, receive a realistic point of view by, etc. exactly a coach. Our experiences in this regard have been overtly positive so far.
Think about it! The cost is manageable, the benefit might be huge.
